REMEMBER YOUR SHOVEL!

For a successful delivery, remember your “SHOVEL”!

SURFACE : Confirm the delivery surface is flat and dry! A hard packed surface such as a gravel or paved driveway is the best drop location, and we are happy to deliver on top of a tarp.

HEIGHT : Confirm the drop location will accommodate the lift of a dump truck. Our vehicles are unable to deliver beneath power lines or imposing tree branches.

OBSTRUCTIONS : Be sure the area where you want the delivery made is accessible. Open gates, trim branches, and move cars out of the driveway*.

VERIFY YOUR INFORMATION : Review your emailed PDF for accurate delivery information and confirm your payment information.

EXPECT A PHONE CALL : Your driver will call you when they leave our site but it may be from another area code so be sure not to screen your calls!

LEAVE A BUCKET : Place a bucket where you want the pile to be dropped and place your payment in a plastic bag underneath. This will help the driver know where the pile should be dropped.
