Owner & General Manager

Margaret and Noah purchased Panorama Paydirt in 2020, keeping the business in the family. As owner and general manager, Margaret runs the day to day operations in addition to planning future grown and trajectory.

Her favorite tree is a gingko and she’s number 17 of the 23 Murray grandchildren.

Noah Bloom

Following several years running the site, Noah stepped away from the day-to-day management of the business in 2019 but continues to serve as President of the Piedmont Landscape Association.

Craig Carpenter

Driver

When he’s not spending time with his grandchildren, Craig carefully delivers Paydirt products to customers. A mechanic by trade, Craig often consults on mechanical and automotive issues that arise on site and on the road.

Founders

Though brothers Drew and Steve sold the company in 2019, they remain invested in the company’s success and assist the business part-time through maintenance and delivery driving

Jack Murray

Mulch Manager

Formerly a marketing and branding specialist, Jack left the cubicle behind for life on the family farm in 2019. As the newest Murray family member to join the team, Jack handles all the mulch material processing.

Todd Yowell

Compost Manager

Another native of the area, Todd manages the production of our organic compost through meticulous supervision of the elements that make up the final product. A steam engine and antique vehicle engine enthusiast, Todd brings decades of mechanical engineering experience to the team.

Thomas Shifflett

Yard Manager

If you’ve used any of our products, it’s almost guaranteed Thomas has loaded, mixed, pushed or move it! Thomas is the king of the articulating loader and loads nearly every cubic yard of product that leaves our site, as well as maintaining an orderly and safe product loading area.

Kim Vanderploeg

Office Manager

From scheduling deliveries and recommending products, to customer management and even hopping in a loader if need be, Kim is the Panorama Paydirt point of contact. Kim runs the office and is always happy to satisfy a lollipop craving for our customers, or a dog bone craving for their four-legged friends.
