Yes, we are STILL open!

With the uncertainty around the current COVID-19 situation, we wanted to let all of our customers that we are still open! We have implemented many changes to allow for the safe operation of our business.

Our site continues to be open for pickup customers and we have new operating guidelines that allows customers to receive product safely without any physical contact with or staff or leaving their vehicles. 

Our delivery drivers will continue to safely delivery products to businesses and homeowners but will 1) no longer be accepting payments from customers, or 2) leaving delivery receipts. Instead, we are asking all customers to mail in their checks or initiate a check payment directly through their bank. This allows our drivers to maintain "ZERO CONTACT" standards throughout their day and we appreciate your willingness to comply with this new system.

As many of you have noticed, we have yet to open up our phone lines due to high call volume. Speaking with our customers over the phone is one of our favorite things to do and we are missing it! We are trying to get back to your messages as soon as possible, but please remember that email is still the fastest way to reach us.

According to the Commonwealth of Virginia's recent COVID-19 updates, Panorama Paydirt is considered an essential business. We will continue our normal operation until otherwise stated. The banner across the top of our website will always be up-to-date so please feel free to check there to confirm our status.
