Anyone who has visited our site over the past few months has probably noticed the extensive construction and site work that has been going on.

Panorama Paydirt is proud to announce that beginning next month, we will be accepting FOOD SCRAPS from select vendors in our composting feedstocks!

Over the past year, we have been exploring the possibility of accepting food scraps in our composting process in order to better serve our customers and community. Throughout 2020 we planned, prepared, weathered the pandemic, and finally broke ground on our infrastructure improvements last fall. These improvements included new electrical lines, an irrigation system, a 2,500 square foot ASP (aerated static pile), a receiving area/mixing pad, a support building, among others, in order to safely process pre and post consumer food scraps.

This infrastructure and new process will allow Panorama Paydirt to continue its mission of providing the local area with a path to recycle their organic material into quality, diverse finished products and prevent those raw materials from ending up in the landfill. This new product incorporating food scraps, Commercial Compost, will provide Panorama Paydirt customers with more selection and variability when working on their lawn or garden!

Our original OMRI listed Panorama Paydirt Compost that our customers have been using for 20 years will still be available at $35/cu yd. while our new Commercial Compost will be available at $32/cu yd. Commercial Compost should be available in summer 2021!
