OFF ROAD WAIVER
Beginning March 1, 2021, Panorama Paydirt LLC trucks are not permitted to leave hard surfaces such as paved roads or gravel surface without completion of the below waiver by the customer placing the order.
I have requested a delivery in a location off of a paved road or gravel surface.
I understand that the size and weight of trucks and materials contained within could possibly damage my driveway,
sidewalk, house, garage, buildings, vehicles, lawns, shrubs, utility wires, underground systems, or any other items
or property, real or personal located at the delivery site.
I understand that I am responsible for the cost of any damages made to my personal property.
I understand that I am responsible for any towing services, employee down-time, or truck damages that may occur
due to the vehicle leaving a paved road or gravel service.
I understand this agreement and agree to cover the cost of any damages incurred.
